Volunteer Fire Department Best in Smoke BBQ Competition, also includes a dutch oven dessert competition. Call Shawn 641-203-3164 for further information. Judging for the Fire Department contests is at 3 p.m. Cookout will be in the bandstand area, dinner at 5 p.m. at the fire station with a free-will offering.
Arrangements for a street dance to follow that evening are being made at the Southside Tavern.
